SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Weigel Productions, LLC (DBA Jen Weigel / JenWeigel.com) operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers who have opted in. Messages you can expect to receive include:

  • Event and membership updates
  • Zoom and access details
  • Post-session follow-ups
  • Account and payment information
  • Promotional offers and announcements, when applicable

Additional terms that apply to SMS communications:

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (312) 485-8545. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at jenweigelshow@gmail.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary based on your bookings, memberships, registrations, and communication preferences. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchase.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
